- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had Allstate auto insurance for over 40 years. During the flood of 2016 here in Baton Rouge, LA, my 2012 GMC 3/4 ton, 4 wheel drive pickup went under water. It was totaled which scared me at first because I didn't think we would be able to replace our horse trailer and travel trailer hauler with a small payout. Allstate was very generous and gave us an excellent payout and we were able to replace the vehicle without too much expense. The claim was handled quickly and professionally.
