- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT USE!!!!! Rusty Blackwell is the worst tax person I have ever used or heard anyone using. He will not return phone calls and his office staff will lie to your face. For the past two years I dropped off my taxes in February and by April you still cannot get a appointment with him. He has had to file a extension every year that I have used him and thinks it's not a big deal. I won't be using this guy any more.By A Google User, October 12, 2017
