  A terminated employee changed the date on a check by crossing through the original date. He then initialed the check as me. The check was then ok'd and cashed at Capital One Siegen Ln Capital One has a very clear policy about altered checks and calling to verify an initialed check . The policy was broken and the Claims Dept at Capital One has refused to help me . This is the second time Capital One has left me with a debt. When I paid off a home equity loan last year, I over paid and they owed me a couple of dollars. The Capital One employee rudely insisted that was impossible. I asked him 3 times, just look up the loan and you will see. Then he was even more callous. Whats in your wallet ? Nothing if Capital One is involved.

  I'm actually here right now I followed protocol and signed my name in and a lady who sat down not even 2 minutes before I signed in, they called my name and she said oh I was first. Here I am on lunch and now have to wait longer........ Just to be cleared it wasn't Ms lennix's fault it was the manager I guess with the glass room
