    Affirmative's insured "fail to yield" and "inattentive" as cited on the accident report, yet the adjuster James Ellzey, has yet to return a SINGLE phone call or return a SINGLE email. We are just five days shy of a month and NOTHING has been done. No wonder so many lawyers have to be involved. Affirmative have to pay, plus attorneys, plus loss of income, plus loss of use.
